DE-ESCALATE is passionate and dedicated to improving the safety and security of public safety and education professionals and the people with whom they work.  We seek respected, experienced trainers who share that passion and dedication in the fields of law enforcement, corrections, probation and parole, education and private security. The following positions are available:


Lead Trainer
Are you an experienced “trainer of trainers”?  Our lead trainers are responsible for training our trainers perfectly.  We have no other standard when it comes to safety and security.  Lead trainers help develop and deliver customized training and work with our leadership team to introduce training into new markets. This position requires proven training experience, exceptional relationship building skills, a leadership presence, limited travel and an impressive ability to network in the field.


Trainer
Our trainers represent our values, passion and dedication to every student.  Our trainers train our students in every aspect of the DE-ESCALATE program and do so with respect, passion, drive and commitment to improving the safety and security of students and the people with whom they work.  This position requires proven training experience, exceptional interpersonal relationship building skills, limited travel and a dynamic leadership presence.
