Evaluations

Lisa Rapp-McCall, MSW, PhD leads our Human Services training and is a Professor at Saint Leo University. She has conducted research, evaluations and assessments within child welfare, juvenile justice and probation systems and has assisted in the development and evaluation of multiple components of the Prodigy research-based prevention and diversion program for at-risk youth ages 7-11.  Dr. Rapp-McCall provided an evaluation of the Crossover Program in Pinellas County, Florida which was used for presentation to the Florida House of Representatives. She has conducted numerous program evaluations, focus groups, and written grants and reports for profit and not-for-profit agencies.
