FL ABT Officers to Receive Training
DE-ESCALATE is honored to provide certification training for the sworn officers of Florida’s Alcoholic Beverage and Tobacco Bureau of Law Enforcement. Regional training is scheduled in February and March, 2016 and will be independently evaluated by Saint Leo University. Improving the safety and security of officers, youth and communities who face the problems accompanying underage and irresponsible drinking will be the focus of this training for nearly 100 officers. Train-the-trainer classes are being planned to provide in-agency training capabilities with ongoing support from DE-ESCALATE and Saint Leo University. We look forward to working with Florida’s ABT officers!
